Calibration Technician

If you enjoy hands-on technical work, fault finding, and working with high-end instrumentation - then this is a role where your skills will actually be valued and developed.

We're looking for 4+ years’ experience in calibration, or instrumentation (electrical, temperature, or similar); a strong understanding of measurement principles, uncertainty, and traceability; and experience with calibration software (e.g. MetCal, ProCal).

Responsibilities

  • Calibrating, testing, and repairing a wide range of electrical, temperature, and measurement instruments
  • Diagnosing faults down to component level (not just swapping parts)
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, manufacturer specs, and traceability requirements (NATA/NIST)
  • Working within an ISO-accredited quality system and supporting audits
  • Delivering accurate, reliable results that our customers depend on
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in processes, systems, and workflows
