Wireless Bluetooth connectivity automatically links test results to the circuit or point under test.  Automatic measurement validation, with user-defined limit warnings, compares test results to the relevant standards and provides you with an immediate visual pass/fail indication to quickly identify potential issues.  It also allows for simultaneous voltage measurements between L-N and L-PE using the main cords, thus eliminating the need to change measurement connections.  Eliminating manual testing and automating measurement validation means you can perform your tests up to 30% faster, giving you more time to focus on other critical tasks and increasing your productivity.

The Fluke 1673 has been thoughtfully engineered with the user experience as a priority, featuring a vibrant full-colour touchscreen display that significantly improves the testing process by delivering clear and easily interpretable results.  The user-friendly interface eliminates the need for complex multi-level menus and allows for easy navigation even when wearing gloves.  Its 180° rotating screen allows users to conveniently observe data from multiple perspectives, facilitating testing in tight or challenging environments.  Additionally, the rotary dial facilitates display navigation.

Enhanced Software and Reporting with Fluke TruTest™ Software (*License Key Included)
The Fluke 1673 is designed to work seamlessly with the optional Fluke TruTest™ Software, which facilitates straightforward management and reporting of electrical system data.  Results and associated metadata are saved directly to the circuit or point under test, thereby removing the necessity for duplicate data entry and recordkeeping.  This software enables the creation and transfer of data between the tester and the software through a USB-C connection.  The report builder feature allows users to efficiently format measurement data into printable test certificates and reports, with the option to include company logos and signatures.

Comprehensive Testing Capabilities
This multifunctional, high-performance testing device enhances accuracy and streamlines the process, whether you are troubleshooting circuits, validating new installations, or compiling compliance reports.

The Fluke 1673 can assess trip time and current for RCD types AC, A, and F in a single test, with the ability to perform RCD variable test current and automatic RCD test sequences. The device features an on/off switchable auto start for continuity, RCD, and loop tests. Additional functionalities include a zero adapter that ensures quick, reliable, and precise compensation for test leads and mains cords.  

The Fluke 1673 is capable of measuring AC and DC voltage, frequency, insulation resistance, loop and line impedance, prospective earth fault current (PEFC/IK), prospective short circuit (PSC/IK), RCD trip time, RCD trip current (ramp test), and earth resistance. It also conducts continuity tests, RCD tests, and wiring polarity checks to identify broken PE and N wires, as well as continuity tests with a low test current (10mA) for motor winding measurements. Insulation resistance can be measured at 100V, 250V, 500V, and 1000V, with inputs for insulation at L-N, L-PE, and N-PE at 250V, 500V, and 1000V.

Fluke Connect™ compatibility allows users to quickly and easily store, manage and share measurement data from the field while TruTest™ Software enables them to easily generate documentation and reports.

Equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that charges via a USB-C port, the  Fluke 1673 is capable of providing a full day of operation in the field.  It comes with a padded neck strap for enhanced comfort and hands-free use.  Additionally, the device features colour-coded input terminals rated for CAT III 600V and CAT IV 300V.  It can also be updated in the field, accommodating any regulatory changes or enhancements to the tester.
